I'm a member of the media and want to cover the game? How do I get credentials?
The National Football League expects more than 4,000 credentialed media to cover Super Bowl XLIII including more than 400 international media. Media credential requests for Super Bowl XLIII will be handled by the NFL. Interested media should register online at www.nflmedia.com. Applications will be available on that Web site in October.

Where will media stay for Super Bowl XLIII?
The NFL has hotel rooms under contract for use by credentialed media during Super Bowl. These rooms were secured as part of the original bid and will be assigned by the league office. The majority of media hotels will be concentrated in Downtown Tampa and the Westshore District. During Super Bowl week, working media will be based out of the media center at the Tampa Convention Center.

How many times has Tampa hosted the Super Bowl?
Super Bowl XLIII will be Tampa Bay's fourth time to host the game and the second Super Bowl at Raymond James Stadium. Tampa Bay becomes one of only four cities to have hosted the Super Bowl on at least four occasions.

Will Gasparilla take place during Super Bowl weekend like last time?
Tampa Bay's Gasparilla Pirate Festival will be held the weekend after Super Bowl XLIII.
